Multi-site addiction treatment system facilities had suddenly experienced a costly decrease in admissions in the middle of a rapid 90-day expansion. Its website platform and internal team were not equipped to keep pace. Afraid of losing momentum and newly gained market share, the system sought solutions that could accommodate new enterprise-level requirements.
Comprehensive website audit and optimization
A 117,000-page website audit identified strengths, gaps, and areas for improvement. In 90 days, we built a parent site and 11 location-specific sites with optimized content, UX architecture, SEO, and PPC landing pages. This strategy enhanced user experience and improved lead quality across the system.

The system was able to support successful launches of new locations while recognizing record census at established facilities thanks to an enterprise-level solution that allowed for scalability to support new locations, admissions data reporting, and flexibility for pivoting strategies in the face of high-difficulty marketing scenarios.
