Supporting system expansion by growing primary care
A large statewide health system sought expansion beyond its legacy locations into new, competitive markets in a metropolitan area dominated by other established health systems. Although nationally ranked in more than a dozen specialties for adult and pediatric medicine, the health system’s main challenge was in growing its primary care services, all while driving volume to its secondary service lines, and winning market share in these new territories.
To achieve this, the health system engaged Unlock Health to create a comprehensive marketing campaign focusing on top-of-the-funnel services. The campaigns were continuously optimized, with one-page reports provided to deliver insights into impressions, calls, registrations, and performance by region and keyword.
Increasing patient registrations by optimizing SEM and social
